Your massage treatment doesn't stop there. I also offer complementary aftercare advice and exercise to enhance your recovery and rehabilitation.

Hot Stone Sports Fusion

An innovative and advanced treatment combining deep tissue massage and fascial release techniques used in my treatments and combined them with hot basalt stones to offer clients a hot stone sports fusion. This is a completely unique treatment where the stones are heated to a specific temperature that allows me to work more slowly to target specific areas of muscle and fascia.
This hot stone sports fusion not only acts as a natural pain - relief mechanism but gets great results using less direct pressure as the area is warmed whilst being being massaged.
Hot stone sports fusion in conjunction with deep tissue massage and fascial release can help improve joint mobility, reduce soft tissue restrictions and aid the relaxation of tired, aching muscles.

New clients will need to complete a consultation form prior to their appointment. This can be e-mailed over, completed and sent back or printed, completed and brought with you on the day.
