This therapeutic, light to medium pressure massage is designed to promote relaxation and wellbeing. This massage will help to reduce muscular tension whilst melting away the stresses of day to day life. The use of smooth, flat heated basalt stones are placed over areas that are harbouring tension, gently encouraging the muscles to relax. The heated stones are also used within long massage strokes using light to medium pressure in order to improve the immune system, boost energy levels and aid the body's natural recovery. This massage is very beneficial for anyone suffering with long term pain conditions such as back ache and arthritis. It also has many benefits for those who are experiencing stress, anxiety, headaches and irregular sleeping patterns. New clients will need to complete a consultation form. This can be sent by e-mail, completed and sent back prior to treatment or printed and brought with you on the day.
