Introductory Offer for Biomechanics Assessment and free follow up session This treatment is suitable for those suffering with chronic or recurring pain, injuries, movement restrictions and postural imbalances. An intrinsic biomechanics assessment helps to identify where pain is coming from and why it may be reoccurring. Assessing how your body moves and compensates means treatment is targeted and effective. Treatment may include sports massage, kinesiology taping, pain relief modalities such as TENS and ultrasound therapy. Soft tissue mobilisation and advanced massage techniques. You will also receive a personalised rehabilitation / prescriptive exercise plan. Allow max. time of 90 minutes for your first session and 75- 90 minutes for your follow up session. *Clients must come in suitable clothing and footwear in order to participate in the assessment. Active wear and trainers recommended* Pricing reflects both in clinic treatment time and time spent outside of the session on assessment review, planning and programme design.
