Update: Coronavirus-covid-19 Precautions

Treatments are still going ahead!

Kinetic Sports Massage will be continuing to provide treatments but I will be adding extra precautions to my existing high hygiene standards. I will be running clinics from my premises in Bradworthy and the therapy room at Shine at Nine in Bude. These are small areas where I can ensure that all surfaces and items of equipment are as clean and germ free as possible. I have however decided not to provide mobile visits to clients homes for the time being as I have less control over hygiene.

I am implementing hand washing and the use of antibacterial gel before and after entering the treatment room. Soap and gel will be provided for your convenience.

How to avoid catching or spreading coronavirus

Do

1. wash your hands with soap and water often – do this for at least 20 seconds

2. always wash your hands when you get home or into work

3. use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available

4. cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands)

5. when you cough or sneeze put used tissues in the bin immediately and wash your hands afterwards

6. try to avoid close contact with people who are unwell
